Ocean County Artists’ Guild
2009 High School Scholarship Award Winners

Judging is complete. Scholarship Awards recipients are listed below. We apologize for the 1-day delay of this announcement due to scheduling difficulties for some of the judges. Judging was done anonymously by letter identification only - using a point system in the following areas: composition & design , originality , technical success & presentation and overall impact; individual judge’s scores for each applicant’s portfolio were added together then averaged to achieve a final score for placement. Judging was very difficult since the quality of the work submitted was so outstanding with fractions of points determining the awards in some cases. Applicant names, photos and statements will be added to the exhibition now that judging is complete.
Thank you to all who participated. – OCAG Scholarship Committee
