This class is for any level artist who wants to benefit from an instructor’s feedback with discussions about composition, values, medium, perspective and color.
Bring your own art supplies and an idea, but you may want to explore different media.
Some photo references will be available, but a still life can create specific challenges.

This ongoing class is to enjoy friendly chatter as you learn how to create something beautiful.
From my book collection, which illustrates many knitting and crochet stitches, you may be inspired to make items for yourself or to give as gifts.

WATERCOLOR-Moran

KIMBERLY CESARETTI (609-693-1027) “BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE”  This winter we will be painting a winter wonderland! Students will learn how to create a visually pleasing acrylic paintings. This class will focus on the effective use of the color “white” in both still life and beautiful snowy landscape compositions. Still life paintings will be created from life. After studying at The Pastel Society for three years, Sonia looks forward to exploring with students of all levels, the exciting medium of pastels. Working from photos or still life, we will learn how pastels can be an intimate, forgiving and a vibrant experience with color.

Beginner Drawing: The instructor will help students overcome their fear of being able to draw.  In this class, the students will be introduced to the tools and supplies used to create beautiful, realistic, charcoal and pencil environments.  With step-by-step directions, the students will learn how to see and render values in their work.  Please bring your own sketch book.  The instructor will supply all other tools.

DRAWING
