COLORED PENCIL Spring-Arlette Malivernier

ARLETTE MALIVERNIER (732-255-6402) The medium of Colored Pencils has a lot to offer. It permits freedom of expression, suits any kind of subject matter, may it be portraits, still life or landscapes. It will let you build up color upon color forming surprising shapes of light and dark with very interesting results. My teaching will consist of detailed demonstrations and methods in order for you to achieve whatever your expectations may be. You will be drawing from prearranged still lifes set up for this purpose and you will have a lot of fun!

RAY MORAN (732-341-4361) This class is suitable for early Intermediates to Advanced and will explore the vast range and flexibility of watercolor.  Plenty of demos and critiques in a fun, organized class stressing fundamentals.  Please bring watercolor supplies and paper

“ BEGINNER” Overcome the fear of being able to draw!  This spring, students will learn the basic elements and principles of design through the study of fruit and flowers.  Learn how to master black and white media, how to draw what you see, and how to create the realistic visual effects that will invite the viewer to reach into your drawing and pick them out!  No prior experience necessary.  Bring your own sketchbook. The instructor will supply all other materials.

WATERCOLOR Spring-Lavone

It is time to think outside the box and have some fun with our watercolors.

Bring your own art supplies and an idea, but you may want to explore different media. Some photo references will be available, but a still life can create specific challenges. Beginner Knitting for Kids 10+
