YOGA ANYONE? This is the perfect beginning Mat-Based Class

(4-weeks/adult and teen) Instructor contact info: Donna Rovere,
The class format will be Gentle Yoga (slow paced, no standing). Emphasis will be on static stretching to improve flexibility, joint mobility and range of motion. A perfect class for beginners! Any questions can be directed to Donna.

There will be a Yoga Waiver Form that will need to be signed by every participant. See Donna’s Bio
