DESCRIPTION:Submit Sailfest Submissions \n \nThe Rotary Club of Toms River is pleased to announce the approval for Sailfest 2026\, which has been granted by the Island Heights Borough Council.  This year the date has been set for Saturday\, September 12th.  For many years\, members of the Ocean County Artists Guild have submitted original artwork to be judged by a committee of Rotarians\, with the winning picture used to advertise Sailfest as well as on the Sailfest Tee Shirts.   \nThe winning artist will once again be given a prominent space at the Sailfest Street Fair\, and a $100.00 Visa Gift Card for the right to use the image on the Sailfest Tee Shirts and advertising. \nPlease e-mail all Sailfest submissions to:  info@ocartistsguild.org by July 2nd.  The Rotary Club would like all submissions digitally this year. \n

In this class\, artists will explore techniques such as printing\, transferring\, scribbling\, and layering acrylic paint to build rich and expressive surfaces. \nStudents will work in a series of three pieces at a time\, allowing ideas to evolve naturally as layers are added.
