 Sailfest 2022 is fast approaching and we need your help to make the day a success for the Guild.

To have a successful event, we need your help!

The Toms River Rotary has given us 3 tent spaces at the end of Chestnut Street, by the river. We will also need volunteers at the Guild. We are requesting that people volunteer a couple of hours to man the events.

When the email is generated, enter your information, put a checkmark next to the hours you can help and send the email to us. 
Please volunteer in one or more of these 2-hour times

• 8:00-10:00: to help set up tents and tables (3-4 people)
• 10:00-12:00 (2-4 people)
• 12:00-2:00 (2-4 people)
• 2:00-4:00 (2-4 people)
• 4:00-5:00 take down table, tent and transport back to the Guild (3-4 people)

DOWN AT THE RIVER

• We will be handing out literature, class schedules, membership forms and having a ONE DAY ONLY membership offer. Join as a new member today and get next four months free!!

AT THE GUILD

• Put out Welcome Flags
• Man the desk/phone
• Sell 50/50 RAFFLE Tickets $10 each
• Assist with possible kid craft activity.
• Process NEW memberships (sign up on 9/10/22 and get 4 months free)
