February 2024 Juried Show Submission Forms

Please review the rules for the exhibit.

CONTINUE ONLY IF YOU HAVE PRE-REGISTERED to submit either one or two images.
If you want to submit, but haven’t pre-registered, email Janet Frederiksen

BOTH forms MUST be filled out.
The FIRST is to submit your image and contact information.
The SECOND is to pay for your entry with a credit card OR mark “Check Payments” and mail payment to Guild.

SECOND – (PAY BELOW) Entries fees will be: $30 for one entry; $45 for two entries.

The parties to this contract agree that New Jersey Sales Tax will be collected by the gallery on all sales made during the exhibit and that the gallery will receive a 25% commission based on the sale’s price. Entering your name below constitutes permission to display your image in advertising and that you have read and agree to the terms explained above. *
