Discover the beauty of simplicity! Each week we’ll explore a different limited palette and learn how just a few colors can create rich, harmonious paintings. Perfect for all levels.
Week 1: Warm & Earthy – Palette: Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Yellow Ochre – Great for old buildings, winter landscapes, pottery or rustic still life.
Week 2: Cool & Calm – Palette: Ultramarine Blue or Cobalt Blue, Muted Rose, Raw Sienna – Perfect for water scenes, winter trees, shore views, or soft florals.
Week 3: Nature’s Neutrals – Palette: Blue + Yellow + Earthy Red (creates greens, browns and grays) – Beautiful for birds, grasses, woodland subjects or botanicals.
Week 4: One Little Pop! – Palette: Limited neutral palette with one stronger accent color – Create a quiet painting with one little pop of color for maximum impact.
