Debbie Trainor, founder of Each Stitch Counts, is going to be having knitting/crocheting sessions on Thursdays beginning October 5th from 1:30 – 3:30 PM.
Come and have fun creating the items this charity gives monthly to Food Pantries. Group meeting will be held in one of our parlors or in our upstairs studio.
She will teach anyone the simple patterns she uses to create the dishcloths.
Want to help from the comfort of your home, here are the dishcloth patterns needed (top row): Pattern shop https://www.ravelry.com/designers/debbie-trainor or you are free to use any pattern that you’d like either knit or crochet. Drop your cloths at the guild and we will see that Debbie gets them
The Guild is happy to collaborate with Debbie in her endeavors. Debbie gets donated items from all over the country and OCAG is pleased to help in this effort. Debbie is able to distribute 200-300 a month to local Food Pantries!
Don’t knit or crochet? Donations of funds or dish soap bottles (12 or 16 oz) are most welcome. Email the office if you have any questions. Hope to see you on Oct 5th for this new group!
