Wahgo Chang, the generous proprietor of Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Shop, installed a professional gallery hanging system that made it easy to hang the pieces. The Ocean County Artists Guild displays in January, March, May, July, September and November. In alternate months Toms River Artist Community displays their art. There are always wonderful Ocean County artists’ works on display.
Pastels, watercolors, oils, photos and mixed media collages were all in the brew; a grand display of the talent we have here at OCAG. The cost is $5 per piece There is a size limitation. Your piece has to fit in the travel bin, so the smallest size cannot be longer than 19”. Also, it is appreciated if you don’t send really heavy framing.

I encourage our members to stop by the coffee shop located at the Ocean County Mall in the newly built section, buy a coffee and one of those delicious treats in the display case and admire the work of our fellow artists. Ocean County Artists Guild has limited space to exhibit your work on a 2-month rotating basis.
I will be hanging art every other month (even months). We are limited to 5 pieces each turn One piece per artist. If I receive more than 5, I will need to randomly choose from the lot. With the dates for drop-off, I have suggested some themes to coincide with the months to grab attention. They are only suggestions and your art does not need to coincide with the theme. Also make sure you wire each with a strong wire and secure eye or u hook and no lower than 1/3 from the top. They must be wired. Art cannot be larger than 20″ x 24″ with frame or frameless.
