Everyone who wants to participate in the show needs to fill out a form in advance for insurance purposes. Please supply this information by Tuesday September 26.
There are FOUR options to submit your form:
- Fill out the FORM BELOW and submit online. (preferred)
- There are also forms available at the guild in a red folder that sits in a slot marked “Juried Shows + Library Show.” Complete the form and put it back in the folder, behind the other forms.
- Click here to print THE 2023 LIBRARY SHOW FORM and mail or drop at the Guild; OCAG PO Box 1156, 22 Chestnut Avenue, Island Heights, NJ 08732
- You may also send this information (your name, phone #, title of the work, medium, price, and insurance value) to Robert Henne at the email address below.
There is a 2-piece limit, with a size restriction of no larger than 24” high or wide. Prices will not appear on the labels of works shown (Library Policy), although the library will contact us for follow-up if someone is interested in purchasing a work.
Important Note: This year we will NOT have the glass cases – so 3D work will not be accepted.
Drop off your artwork at the LIBRARY (101 Washington Street, Toms River on the Second Floor)
on Monday, October 2nd. There are TWO drop off times — 11am to 1pm, and 5 to 7pm.
The exhibit will run from Tuesday, October 3rd until Thursday, October 26th.
Pick up of work will be at the LIBRARY on the evening of October 26 from 11am to 1pm, and 5pm to 7pm.
