Thursdays – February 1, 8, 15, 22; 8:30-9:30 am, Walk-ins welcome.
4-weeks for $40 members & non-members
The class format will be Gentle Yoga (slow paced, no standing). Emphasis will be on static stretching to improve flexibility, joint mobility and range of motion. A perfect class for beginners! Any questions can be directed to Donna.
There will be a Yoga Waiver Form that will need to be signed by every participant
