2024 Sailfest submission form

Once again, OCAG Members have been invited to participate in a Cover Art Contest judged by the Rotary Club!

Exclusive to Guild Members Only, this contest is looking for original and distinctive submissions to be used in event advertising and on Sailfest t-shirts.  Members are allowed to submit one piece.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS July 1, 2024.

Original art to be brought to Guild for judging by July 1st deadline.

• The winner must be willing to sign the rights of reproduction to the Rotary Club of Toms River for one-time purpose for use in advertising and on t-shirts and will also be given a complimentary space at the Saifest Street Fair to display his or her art, and a $100 Visa Gift Card. The original art work will be returned to the artist after a digital copy of it has been made. Since paintings will have to be scanned they need to be on a flat surface and not on canvas.
